Mental note... don't ever do that again.

OK I have reached the point where I have to do 2 workouts in 1 day. I made the mistake of doing Pure Cardio, which is the hardest of the videos so far, heading upstairs for a quick glass of chocolate milk (a really good substitute for the recovery formula they recommend) and then going right back downstairs for Cardio Abs. My muscles were exhausted and I could hardly move. Add on top of that the milk in my stomach and you have a one BLAH BLAH workout. I am going to have to bite the bullet and wake up early for days in which I have 2 workouts. 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening would be ideal.

I am feeling stronger and I am getting better at the moves. I unfortunately have to substitute squats for the power jumps because of my lower back but I still get a lot out of it. My friend, Jess got the Hip Hop Abs DVD so I may have to snag that from her soon!!
